Properly nested, the organization of a book can be a rich experience for the reader who requires neat ties and summation, even symmetry. We remember that in a democracy (or under a democratic system of government), the common task of government is to mold, shape, or form public opinion toward favoring that government in all its continuity, indeed in all its expansion, for no government under the rubric of ‘the nation’ ever diminished itself voluntarily, much less for the good of those so administered.
